Summer Treasure
Oil Painting by Rajat Shanbhag
In summer, I'm like a child at a gift store, and for me, the gift store is the rose garden. I love painting roses during our flowering season on Vancouver Island. I spend most of the summer at my friend's garden, which has a lovely collection of roses growing every year. This is one of my humble attempts to capture the summer light!
